Referencing your last e-mail:
yes, the planned spur lines depicted in the diagrams (detail on page 5,
attached) will all be municipal – in the right-of-way and owned by the city of
Hermantown. The EDCAD I’m writing for Curtis Oil / Andy Eddie will be for
private sewer extension lines to replace two impacted private water supply
wells. I don’t have a start date from the city of Hermantown, but I don’t
think their start date dependent on your response. The city’s whole plan
is for a quarter mile extension for one of their sewer lines. The portion
of the plan you are reviewing is at the far northwest end of the city’s
project. Early next week should be fine.
