Subject: Public works PB4144 adjacent to L3534

Reviewed excavation report for the public works project adjacent to L3534.  TPT rep on site 3 seperate days 11/20, 11/28 and 12/13 to monitor soils in trenches as this was in the area closest to LEAK3534. PID readings all below 10ppm. Excavated soil all returned to the trenches as backfill.

No soil needed to be disposed of off-site.

No petroleum contaminated soil encountered during City work on water line extension.

All info about public works project will be in Onbase under PB4144 within the next couple days.
