Subject:                                     LEAK 18925 - FW: Old Food N Fuel Site in St. Francis

Colleen,

I rec’d the email below from the city of St. Francis. Based on the email, it appears the city may suspect that the responsible party for LEAK 18925 may be a “viable responsible party”.  I am forwarding this to you  as a FYI.  Is it possible that they are able to pay?

I was going to recommend 2 other sites that the responsible party own be fund financed sites based on their inability to pay. Could you double check this information and let me know if this changes your recommendation for no cost recovery?

Thank you,

Kathryn

Just wanted thank you again for your help for this property at 4020-233rd Avenue NW St. Francis, MN  55070.  It was interesting to find out the owners have a website  http://www.onecorpfl.com/

and are claiming hardship after viewing the site.
