Jim and John,

I did find a saved electronic copy of the EBW for the Hawn site in White Bear Lake.  I don't believe that there is an excavation report for this site. 

John,

 Can a contractor apply for reimbursement for approved work themselves when a consultant appears to be out of business and won't return calls?
