Jon,

To follow up on my voice mail, the spur lines – are they City responsibility (within the easement) and the property owner will need to hook up after that? The 15 feet length is City responsibility?

Also in talking with Andy about the project, it sounds like the project team is expecting a DCAD. So any approval from me would only be regarding management of petroleum contaminated soil by the City during the water line extension on City easement and not approval for corrective action at an active leaksite or any work conducted by or for the responsible party of L#3534.

Could you send an electronic copy of the document you sent to me dated April 10?

I was hoping to have approval out but it doesn’t look like it is going to happen this afternoon and I am out until Tuesday. When is the planned start date? Early next week work?

Good afternoon, Amy –

Just checking in regarding a work plan I mailed in on April 10th associated with the Junction Food-N-Fuel site (Leak # 3534).  Any idea when you’ll have a chance to review it?

Thank you,
